Year 6 Homework Friday 20th November

Hello Year 6!

You have a whole-school homework activity to complete this week.  This is explained in the newsletter from Miss Ascough and will replace your topic grid activity for this week; however, you must still complete the Maths homework below and practise your spellings.

Maths.  Complete the sheet on Order of Operations, writing your answers in your Maths homework book. Bring your Maths book back to school on Wednesday 25th November.

The sheet can be found here: Week 3 Order of Operations

Here is a video that will help you if you are finding the Maths difficult: https://vimeo.com/465421787

Spelling.  This week’s words are words ending in -able.  You will be tested on these words on Monday 23rd November.

  • adorably
  • valuably
  • believably
  • considerably
  • tolerably
  • changeably
  • noticeably
  • dependably
  • comfortably
  • reasonably

As always, continue to practise all of your times tables and division facts and enjoy reading for at least 20 minutes each day!

Have a great weekend, everyone.  See you on Monday!
