Today is Tuesday the 19th of May. How are you?
I’m very happy today because I’m at The Village today preparing everything for the next home learning packages, I hope you enjoyed the ones we sent you.
As every day, here is your PE session.
You can still practise Math and Literacy with you packages, if you have finished you can practise them again in your whiteboards.
For the afternoon I have found a delicious pancake recipe! Remember to be very careful when you are cooking it!
I hope everyone is fine and healthy!

Good morning and happy Friday
Today is Friday 15th of May.
Hello everyone, how are you today? I guess you are almost done with your home learning packages, you have done so well working from home! Don’t worry, next week we will prepare more activities and work for you to learn from home.
For today, remember to do a few minutes of PE to keep ourselves actives, you still have Math and Literacy with your packages, if you have finished already, you can practise with your whiteboards.
For this afternoon, I found this beautiful turtle that we can make a turtle!:
You need:
- A plastic plate
- Glue stick (the one you have with your package can work!)
- Different colours. You can use colouring pencils, wet paint or stick cut outs of different colours.
How to make it:
1 Cut out some ovals and stick them around the plate (those are the head, legs and tail)
2 Stick or draw the eyes in the head.
3 Decorate as you like!
Remember that you can send your lovely photos to photos@allsoulsprimary.co.uk.
Keep safe and be good!

Wednesday 13th May
Good morning Village children,
I don’t normally do your daily posts, but today I thought I would to say hi and let you all know how much I miss you.
When I have spoken to your mums and dads they have told me how hard you have been trying at home, even when things are a bit strange and different, and everyone at All Souls is very proud of you.
Today’s activities:
Can you start the day with some breathing and stretching? Just like when we do “Super Stretching” with Jo?
You can find the video here.
Afterwards, you can do some of the Maths or Literacy activities in your home pack. I hear you are really impressing mum and dad with what you can do!
If you want to practise your writing skills in a fun way, you can join in with this “Write Dance” video. Today the movement is practicing going round and round in circles. What letter will that help you make?
You can find that video here
And then finally this afternoon you can choose what other activities you feel like doing. Perhaps you will do some baking, or maybe a science experiment, maybe you will choose messy play or some art. We would love to hear what activities you have been doing or even better to see… if you have any photos, please send them to photos@allsoulsprimary.co.uk
Stay well, stay safe and keep washing your hands.
Lots of love,
Miss McCarter xx

Good morning and happy Thursday
Today is Thursday the 7th of May, how are you?
I hope you enjoyed the phone calls yesterday! One important thing, tomorrow is VE day. As people across the nation will remember one of the most important victories in the WWII, there won’t be post or activities in busy things.
If you are still wondering what is VE day, click here for a wonderful song!
You can still have your routine and do the activities as normal. On Monday I will post in the blog again as normal and I’ll give you a call.
Keep safe and be good!

I am very happy that you are all working well with your home learning packages, but remember to do a little of exercise every day. Apart from the activity in your packages, here is one video of body stretching, try it if you are feeling nervous or stressed.
