Intro/ warm up- Hola chicos , Que tal ? muy bien , mas o menos or muy mal. Let’s start singing!!!

Ask to your learning partner or your friend next to you :” Como estas ? (how are you?). Use the vocabulary: “estoy bien, estoy maravilloso, estoy estupendo, estoy mal, estoy cansado”.

Let’s check the weather!!! Como esta el clima?- what is the weather like? Pick up your white board and write the new vocabulary to describe the weather. Check the video. Try to learn and say the words!!!

Check the vocabulary:

1. esta soleado= It is sunny.

2. esta lluvioso= It is raining.

3. esta ventoso= It is windy.

4. esta nublado= It is cloudy.

5. esta caluroso= It is hot.

6. esta frio= It is cold.

7. esta neblinoso= bad weather

8. esta nevado= it is snowy.

Now , Make a little dialogue with your learning partner, write your answers on your white board :

Ask some children to perform the dialogue in front of the class.

Repeat the song about the weather and encourage children to sing.

1. la guardilla= the attic

2. el bano= the bathroom

3. las escaleras= the stairs

4. el dormitorio= the bedroom

5. la terraza acristalada= the glass terrace – a terrace with big glass windows.

6. la cocina= the kitchen

7. el comedor= the dining room

8. el salon= the living room

9. el porche= the entrance

10. el sotano= the basement

11. el lavadero= the laundry
