Good morning Year One!
Can you imagine, today is our last day of Spring Term! Where did the time go?
You have probably started your day with Joe Wicks and his exercise routine!
Let me know if you enjoy doing it!
I have left 3 activities for you today and I hope you will not find them difficult at all.
I’d like to welcome Alysia for joining us and activating her Busy Things tasks.
Also, a big well done to Faria for responding to the class blog.
Jessica, Cian, Jayjay, Jacob and Jaky , well done for finishing your science activity.
Please don’t forget to check Miss Ascough’s blog as she is setting a reflection activity for you guys! And please check the Spanish activity made for you by Mr. Gonzalo.
Dear children, although the holiday season starts tomorrow I will touch base with you every Monday just to post an odd photo or two and to check that you are doing OK.
I wish you all a Happy Easter and I hope you’ve made your Easter bonnets.
If we were at school, we would have had our Parade today! Missing you all !
With love
Ms. Boric
I’m finishing this Friday’s blog with a message from Mrs. Plesniak!
A message from Mrs P.
Well done everyone for all your hard work at home for the last 2 weeks. Today marks the end of the Spring term and it is now time for you to relax and spend time with your families for the next 2 weeks.
Over the Easter break the teachers will be busy planning new paper work packs for you all, which will be delivered to you at home at some point over the first week.
In the meantime, please make sure you are checking your class bogs for a messages from your teacher. During Week 1 of the Summer Term, the teachers will be setting you some new maths and Busy Things activities and I will be setting you a creative writing challenge each day.
We are missing you all and think about you every day. Remember keep reading, keep moving and keep on being kind to your families.
Mrs Plesniak

Rainbow
Good morning Year One!
I’m sure that by now you are all following Ms. Ascough’s blog and I’m pretty sure that by now many of your windows are decorated with beautiful rainbows that you’ve made.
It made me really happy these past couple of days talking to you or to your parents. So good to know you are all doing well and that you listen to your parents, helping them in any way you can in these confusing and unusual times for all of us. I’m so proud of you, 50 cubes straight to our jar!
Today I would like to welcome Cassius for joining our group of hard working children who regularly accomplish their activities on Busy Things. Also I would like to mention; Layla, Jacob, Leonor, Callum, Hana, and Shaya for finishing all their assignments yesterday. I’m really pleased to see that many of you after completing your task once, are not afraid to do it again, in order to do things right and to have better score. Just keep up with your good work.
I know that many of you are reading this blog, so don’t be afraid to add your comment or question, just a few words would be enough so that I know you are not my ghost followers.
Have a lovely day everyone!
Lots of love
Ms. Boric

Happy Friday Year One!
Dear Class, you made me very happy yesterday as I noticed that more of you are accessing the Busy Things tasks. Well done to all of you and welcome to Jessica, Cian and Jayjay who joined us yesterday and enlarged our group.
For the weekend I put on some nice entertaining worksheets hoping you will have fun completing them.
The weekend might also be a good opportunity for you to create a weekly timetable to help you organise your activities. You can make your own one that you can personalize, or you can print one from internet. Here are 2 links that you may use;
