Maybe you can use recycling materials, such as, card paper, cereal boxes, any kind of paper box, plastic bottles, plastic, etc. You have to create and make your castle and you have to introduce yourself in Spanish. Follow my example; ” Me llamo Gonzalo. Yo soy un Rey ( king, “Reina”- queen). Tengo 40 anos. Yo soy bonito y grande (feo-ugly, grande-big, pequeno-small) Mi reino se llama “Gonzalolandia” (my kingdom is called…). Este es mi castillo (this is my castle). You have to label the parts of your castle in Spanish. You will need to be able to name the parts of the castle. Check the vocabulary.

Year 6 activity: L.O: use verb to go “Ir” in Spanish. Today , you have two activities. First, read the PowerPoint about William Shakespeare (last week). Then, you have to create 4 questions and their answers in English. Second activity, click below and check the picture and the places around the city. Try to find out the meaning of each place.

Then, write full sentences using the new verb to go- “IR”: “Yo voy a_____, Tu vas a______, El va_____, Ella va_______, Nosotros (NostrAS -girls) vamos a_______, Vosotros (VosotrAS-girls) vais a_______, Ellos/ Ellas van a _______(you need to add a place from the picture in Spanish).
