Hi Year 3,

Can you believe it has already been a whole week since we were last together? I hope you are getting to enjoy the sunshine!

I have uploaded 3 more activities on Busy Things for you to complete, you have until Sunday to finish them as not many people have managed to try them all.

Good morning Year 3!

I have noticed only about 5 or 6 people have completed the Busy Things activities that I have put up so please if you haven’t, go onto it and have a go! If you have already, keep going with your home learning packs.

Please also keep commenting on my posts, I really want to hear from you! I’m sure you want to hear from each other too. If you have noticed that one of your friends hasn’t been commenting on the blogs, maybe you could ask a grown-up to send them a message to tell them about our blog posts.

Keep going with your learning packs, it’s Day 5 now! What did we enjoy most in the home learning pack today?

Hi Year 3,

I hope everything has been going well for you all! I just went for a lovely walk but now I will stay inside for the rest of the day.

I have just uploaded 3 new assignments for you to do in Busy Things – 1 grammar, 1 maths and 1 science. The science may seem familiar, I think you’ll be great at it!

Please keep checking our Y3 class page on the school website. There are new Spanish activities from Mr Gonzalo on there and a rainbow drawing activity called “Let’s Spread Hope” that lots of children around the UK are doing.

How was your weekend? Mine was very relaxing. This morning I’ve made chocolate chip pancakes with berries and they were delicious 🙂

You should be starting Day 3 of the learning packs today. Please let me know if you need any help!

Well done to the group of people who have accessed Busy Things and completed the tasks I have already set for you. Please complete the grammar and maths if you haven’t already. You will also find some Spanish activities from Mr Gonzalo too.

Thank you for all your wonderful comments on my post yesterday! It was so lovely to hear from you all.

I have given you two assignments (a grammar and a maths) on Busy Things for you to get started on and I have given you until Sunday to finish them.

For your Computing today, please go to the Computing icon in Year 3, go to Busy Code, Code Disco and try Tutorial 1: The Basics.

Also, you should have read the reading comprehension on Fidget Spinners today. What was the most interesting thing you learnt about them?
