Welcome back to the Summer term!!

Hey Guys,

I hope you have had somewhat of a great Easter holiday and managed to spend some quality time with your family and maybe called some family and friends. I know it may now seem like it is boring staying at home but remember they way that you do your part in helping the country is staying home and being safe.

A new lesson starts today, which is on a website called ‘Pobble’… Click on the link below and follow the lesson. There is a short writing activity at the end of the flipchart (page 6). Can you type your activity on to a blog and send it to me so I can check how you are getting on. Thank you. There will be a new pobble exercise each day for this week.

Easter Holidays Week 1

Hey guys,

I hope your holiday has had a great start and you enjoyed the sun from your window.

I just wanted to remind you that it is the season of Easter. In school we would have been discussing the story of Jesus and why him dying for our sins means we can live our life being the best that we could be. During this week I want you to reflect on our aspirations (on our classroom wall) and think of how we can continue to work on them at home.

I want us to think about the fruits of the holy spirit:

Love, Peace, Joy,Patience,Kindness,Gentleness,Goodness,Faithfulness and Self control.

I want us to think of ways that we can demonstrate these fruits in our lives.

Here is a short video that uses some science to explain the story of Easter.

Have a great week guys and I will be writing you a blog next Monday.

End of term!!

Hey guys!

We have reached the end of term. I know this is a very unusual circumstance but I hope that you make the best of the next 2 weeks and try to do some fun relaxing things indoors.

I will be blogging during the holidays on Mondays so please be sure to check my blog post out.It was really great to speak to all of you this week and hear how your all doing fine.

Please have a look at Mr Gonzalo’s blog space.

Ms Plesniak has written a nice message for you:

Well done everyone for all your hard work at home for the last 2 weeks.  Today marks the end of the Spring term and it is now time for you to relax and spend time with your families for the next 2 weeks.

Over the Easter break the teachers will be busy planning new paper work packs for you all, which will be delivered to you at home at some point over the first week.

In the meantime, please make sure you are checking your class blogs for a message from your teacher.  During Week 1 of the Summer Term, the teachers will be setting you some new maths and Busy Things activities and I will be setting you a creative writing challenge each day.

We are missing you all  and think about you every day.  Remember keep reading, keep moving and keep on being kind to your families.

Mrs Plesniak

So have a great holiday guys and remember to say your prayers.

Take care.
