    Tips to eat healthily
To stay healthy, you need to have a healthy diet. The most essential food you should eat daily are: carbohydrates, protein, vegetables and fruits (lots). Of course you can have some sugary snacks but not too much or your body will have too much calories. Try to avoid trans fats food like French fries or pastries. These food contain saturated fats that will lead you to becoming obese. Eat healthily and stay strong!
