Buenos dias!!! Hoy es Jueves 23 de Abril,2020

“Hola chicos y chicas de “All Souls” Que tal? yo estoy estupendo y muy bien. Para mi desayuno (breakfast), yo como cereales, una manzana y yo bebo zumo de naranja”. It is our “Semana de la Comida”- Food Week ,so, I would like to teach you how to prepare a Pizza. Check the  video “Haremos Pizza”, try to sing and learn the song. Ask your family to join you. Vocabulary: “rico= yummy, jamon = ham, maiz = corn, carne =meat, hongos = mushrooms, queso = cheese, pimientos = peppers , cebolla = onion. You can change the ingredients and create your own Pizza.

“Queridos chicos y chicas”, do not forget to submit your Busy Things activities and do your extras activities. Remember to write your answers on an extra paper and write  your class, name and date in Spanish, Hoy es (today is…) Jueves 23 de Abril,2020. Dear Year 4 , your activity is ready at Busy Things. Read the instructions carefully.

Year 2 – Thursday 23rd April

Good morning Year 2!

Yesterday I went to school to make some new paper learning packs for you.  They will be delivered to you on Friday.  It was very strange being in school without of all you and made me realise again how much I miss seeing you and teaching you in person every day.  However, I’m so glad that we are able to keep in touch on here.  Thank you to those of you who are sharing some of the wonderful learning you are doing on the blog and sending photos to school – it makes me smile because I am so proud of you.

Here is an outline of your home learning for today.

1:30 – 2:15  Where does milk come from?  Watch this video to find out!  Create a poster to show what you have learnt.  Include as much detail as possible.

Take a break.

2:45 – 3:30 Creative Choosing Time.  Do something creative here that you choose.  You could do some drawing, painting, singing, writing, cooking, building – it’s up to you!  Try to stick to our “All About Food” theme.  Remember, you can send photos of things that you do to photos@allsoulsprimary.co.uk I’d love to see them!

Remember to write your “Good Morning Mrs Legg” comment when you have read this so I know that you have seen the activities and are getting on with your learning.

I am incredibly proud of you!

So many children are completing their assignments and the number of you guys who are commenting on the blog is growing! I have even received some of your photos of the projects you did for Earth Day! You have certainly made my day!
