Thursday 23rd April

Good morning Year 5,

Happy St George’s day! St George was the patron Saint of England. The link below is a quiz on C Beebies for you to complete. If you have time send me a little paragraph on the blog giving me a summary of who St George was and why we celebrate this day.

    Hello Year 5!
    Here is my paragraph:
Sometimes I don’t feel like eating my vegetables, but I always end up eating them anyway. If I rarely ate fruit and vegetables,
I would probably end up very unhealthy. I should eat my fruit and vegetables everyday.

Hope you all have a lovely day!
    Lots of love
    Zoe

All children want to have is chocolate and biscuits for breakfast, lunch and dinner and rarely eat vegetables. The majority of the time children have to have there 5 a day because there parents say they have to.

Good afternoon Mr.Roman, below is my pobble lesson:

We rarely should be eating sweets. We shouldn’t be eating only sweets. Stuffing our faces with the lot. We should definitely not be doing this because sweets don’t have the nutrients we need to survive. It is doubtless that children don’t like fruits and vegetables. Children only sometimes eat their fruit and vegetables. Just because the sweet is strawberry flavour, it dose not mean that it is healthy. Obviously that means we need to eat healthy, and that’s why we need a balanced diet!

  7. Fiona says:

    My Pobble:

Sometimes, our parents are certainly determined to stop us eating crisps, sausages, chips and fried chichen. But obviously we can all see that adults are in love with them too. Certainly we should not eat oo much unhealthy food like those, because then we will have problems like obesity and heart disease. I think you will never allow yourself to be a fat person, will you? No, so you need to eat processed food rarely.
