      Hi Sophie, you need to copy and paste the link and it will show you a slideshow. You only need to do the first lesson for today. Try copying and pasting the link and let me know if it doesn’t work.

    You get sugar from sweets and chocolate.
    You get protein from meat.
    You get Carbohydrates from rice, bread and pasta.
    You get from fat from eggs, nuts and oily fish.
    Healthy food is Nutritious.

    Hi Miss Gluyas I hope you had a good holiday. I had a good holiday. I started to do Pobble and these are my answers.

    You should not eat too many sweets, cakes and sugary drinks because it is not nutritious.
    There are some good fats found in cheese, avocados, dark chocolate, whole eggs, fatty fish, nuts, Chia seeds and olive oil.
    Sugar gives you too much energy, if you eat too much you will go crazy because you have lots of energy in your body.

    Hi again Miss Gluyas, I wanted to tell you my favourite fruit.
    It is cherries because they are sweet and red, red is one of my favourite colours. I also like them because they are round.
    I used to not like cherries but then I went cherry picking. I tried a cherry and loved it then ate all the cherries I had picked!

      I love cherries so much too! I used to eat them all the time in Australia, my grandma would always get me some.

    Here are my sentences:
    If you want to be healthy, you should eat nutritious food like carrots, broccoli and spinach.
    Chocolate is yummy but not very health or nutritious.
