Good morning Year 2! Welcome back!
Did you all have a lovely half term? I had a very relaxing week doing lots of reading. Over the weekend, my husband and I watched the SpaceX rocket launch into space! It was really exciting. Ask a grown up if they can help you find a video of it so you can watch it too.
It’s time to start our school learning again. I know it can be difficult to get back into the learning zone after a holiday, but we’ve got lots of exciting activities for you today.

I had a great time last week. I made a raft on Wednesday made out of grass and 3 sticks and then sent it down the river. I did most of my literacy on my own and it was really, really fun. I watched the space launch on Saturday too. I made a barbie house out of a cardboard box with two doors and four windows.
