Mr.Roman i’m stuck on this math homework piece it’s called add mix numbers i know how to do it with the same denominator but not with different ones i saw the video but i still didn’t get it and my parents don’t really know a lot of maths so what do i do i’m confused.
You have to convert one of the fractions so that the denominators are the same… Remember , what you do to the top, you do to the bottom. Example adding 3/8 and 1/4… Convert 1/4 to 2/8 then you can complete the addition 3/8 add 2/8 (1/4) = 5/8
