Year 2 Wednesday 1st July

Good morning Year 2!

It’s a little bit sunnier today!  I hope that puts you in a good mood, like it did me!

Before you read any further, here is a VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE.  Whilst we were away from school, I was busy writing your end of year reports.  In order to finish them, I need you to write something.  Please write a few sentences to tell me how you have found Year 2.  Here are some sentence starters you might want to use:

I have enjoyed Year 2 because…

My favourite part of Year 2 was….

I have got better at…

In Year 3 I want to keep working on… I am looking forward to…

Please do this today and write your sentences in a comment on the blog.  I won’t publish it so nobody else will see it.  If you don’t do it, I will write on your report that you didn’t give me a comment (and that wouldn’t look very good!).

As Miss Ascough explained in the newsletter on Friday, we won’t be ringing you this week.  Do keep in touch on the blog, though, and we will speak again next week.

Here is what you need to go with your home learning pack for today.

Good Morning Mrs. Legg why do we have to go to year three after corona and why can we not have a little time in year two after corona?

    • Mrs Legg says:

Hi Mia. We’ll talk more about moving to Year 3 when I ring you next week. You don’t need to be worried, I will still be in school and will work with your new teacher to make it a nice change for you.
