How are you trying to send it? Are you composing an email from a website like yahoo? If so, all you need to do is attach it to the email.
All the pupils, who are in school, have done it – it would be a shame if you were not included in the memory stick.

The address is not valid because it is all in capital letters. Should all be lower case.

Yes, you do have to do a speech – only up to a minute long.
You can then attach it to an email and send to either photos@allsoulsprimary.co.uk or offce@allsoulsprimary.co.uk.
