Year 1 Bubble Closure

Dear Year 1 Class!

I hope you guys had a lovely weekend and you are all feeling well.

Unfortunately we had to close our bubble as the safety of all of you is of a paramount importance to us. We are going to do our best in order to support you during these two weeks and we hope you will quickly get used to this new way of learning and communication.

We will write daily blogs for the class where you can find all about the class routine, timetable and instructions on how to do your daily work. For example:

Monday, 16th March:

1 pm : Handwriting sheet from your pack

1.3o pm: Reading – 1.30 pm: Reading –  This website has excellent books, https://www.oxfordowl.co.uk/ just click on ‘class login’ at the top and enter our class username: allsouls1 and password: allsouls1 (they’re both the same!). Now click on ‘Oxford Owl E-book Library’ and choose your book!

2 pm: P.E with Joe

From tomorrow you will have daily lessons in Literacy and Maths. You can access them by following instructions on the blog and by listening to your teachers short video on Classroom.google.com. You will also have short Phonics sessions as well, as the usual afternoon lessons in Science, History and R.E according to the timetable.
